7 Days Hassle Free Return

PrettyCutie.com aims to provide the best online shopping experience for our customers. We provide 7 days Hassle Free Return! If you are unhappy with any order you receive from us, feel free to contact us to exchange or return it back to us and get refund. We want to minimize the trouble to our customers even when it comes to exchange/return. In most cases, we use our own carrier to pick up from you so that you don't need to call a logistic company or go to post office. We will absorb all extra logistic cost.  

This page states the detailed procedures on how you can exchange or return an item back to us. 

Eligibility

Any item you purchase from us is eligible for either an exchange or a return. Please just make sure the following conditions are met.

1.  Exchange/Return request must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the item(which can tell from the delivery tracking record). 

2. The Item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original label/tag, packaging and any other free gifts/accessories sent along. 

Procedure

 1. After you receive the order, if you feel unhappy with any item in the box, please contact us immediately by emailing contact@prettycutie.com, or contacting our online chatting customer service. If the online chatting service is offline sometimes, please make sure you write an email to contact@prettycutie.com. State the reasons why you want to exchange or return which may fall into the following categories. Then we will advise you the details accordingly on how you can exchange, return or get the refund. 

 - Wrong item received 

 - Defective item received

 - Size not right for me, want to change a different size

 - The item has no problem, I just change my mind and want to return it back

 - Any other subjective reason to return back an item

2. The followups for different scenarios

2.1 Wrong/Defective item received

We will try to checkup every item and make sure they are in perfect condition before we send it out to you. However, if in any case you just happen to receive the item is defective, or not the one you ordered. We really apologize for that. We will try our best to fix the problem as soon as we can. Just simply send us a picture of it. After verification, we will assist on your exchange or return. Please refer to the detailed procedures below. 

   - Wrong Item Received

     After confirming we indeed sent a wrong item to you, we will send out a correct replacement item to you immediately. At the mean time, please help to get the original wrong item ready in its original condition. When our carrier deliver the new item to you, please just give him the original wrong item for him to bring it back to us. During this process, you will not be charged any additional money. We will absorb all extra logistic cost. 

- Defective item received

     After verification, you can choose either to exchange a new replacement to send to you, or to return it back to us and get the refund. Here's the procedure depends on whether you want to exchange a new piece or just return it back.

We will send out a replacement item to you immediately.At the mean time, please help to get the original defective item ready in its original condition. When our carrier deliver the new item to you, please just give him the original wrong item for him to bring it back to us. We will absorb all extra logistic cost.  We will check with you a convenient time and arrange with our carrier to pick it up from you. please help to get the original defective item ready in its original condition. After we receive the item and checked everything is at its original condition, we will refund it to you accordingly based on your original payment method. In this case, it's a full refund including the shipping fee in your original order. You can refer to the refund option at the bottom of the page. We will absorb all extra logistic cost

 

2.2 Change a different Size of the same design

We try to put all detailed size information in the product details. Our online chat customer service will also try to help you to determine the right size. We hope you will be happy with your order. If you still find the size you receive is not right for you, we are happy to assist you on that also. We will send out a different size you requested right away to you. At the mean time, please help to get ready the original item in its original condition. When our carrier delivers the new item to you, please just give him the original item for him to bring it back to us. We will absorb the exchange logistic cost to change a size as we just want you to have a pleasant worry free shopping experience. Please note that, only exchange of different size of the same design is allowed, and we will only provide the free exchange of size for once per order. If you want to exchange for the second time, you have to bear all logistic costs incurred.

- The item has no problem, I just change my mind and want to return it back

 - It's not as pretty as what I imagined. Or, Any other subjective reason to return back an item or exchange a different design

We allow exchange or return out of any reason. We only want you to be happy with your shopping with us. Just inform us by sending us an email within 7 days you receive the item. Then we will arrange our own carrier to pick it up from you. We will absorb all extra logistic cost for the return. Once we have received the item and verified everything is in its original condition, we will proceed the refund back to you. Please note that the shipping fee in your original order is non-refundable. If you want to change a different design, we would suggest you return and refund your original order first, then place a new order for the new design.

For all refunds, if you used any promotion code, discount or voucher to offset your original purchase, only the cash part you actually paid will be refunded.
